swain13 Posted November 30, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 30, 2006 Has anyone heard of a cruise featuring Tim McGraw? I heard he was performing a show every night, but can't find out any more info as to when/what boat, etc.
Rare Timmys_mom Posted November 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2006 Has anyone heard of a cruise featuring Tim McGraw? I heard he was performing a show every night, but can't find out any more info as to when/what boat, etc.He is not performing every night. It is a four day cruise around the Bahamas. Tim McGraw gets on in the Bahamas and sings on the ship and then gets off. They make it very clear that he will NOT be sailing on the ship. There are other performers (lesser names down to unknowns) that will be performing on other nights. The concert is on the ship while in port. It is outrageously expensive, but here is a link if you are still interested. www.countrycruisegetaway.com

maviolette Posted November 30, 2006 #4 Share Posted November 30, 2006 Expensive, yes. But worth it to me and 2 friends. We are treating ourselves to a ladies weekend. We are big fans of Chris Cagle (who will actually be on board the whole time).

I just recently learned that my boyfriend will be performing. ;) If we weren't newly back from our Christmas cruise I'd be going along with my DSIL to see her boyfriend, Tim McGraw. So, he's not even on board...just popping on for a concert? Boy, that's a rip off.
maviolette Posted December 1, 2006 #6 Share Posted December 1, 2006 Really, think about it, somone like Tim McGraw on a ship with 3,000 people. He would never be able to leave his room! He would not possibly be able to actually sail with all those people. There was a Kenny Chesney cruise last year, same thing. He performed on the island, not on the ship.
