Orca Enterprises - Winter Office Hours?

We're ready to make reservations for next year and I can't reach Orca Enterprises by phone.

 

Anyone know their office hours during the winter months?

i think they are taking some time off, they had a long busy season.

you might try emailing..but it shouldn't be a problem. i would wait until after the 1st and try again.

I had trouble the first part of last month, and emailed them (orca@alaska.com). This is the reply I got back, and have since made my reservations.

"We normally have staff in the office Monday thru Friday from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM Alaska time. This would be 2:00 until 7:00 Eastern Time. Please try again toll free at 1-888-733-6722 or email me your phone number and a good time to contact you.
