dolphin encounter/tabanya beach?

Has anyone done this excursion and if so what did you think? Did you also snorkel at the beach or see anyone doing it? It says there is snorkeling there but wonder how good it is? Any info would be helpful about any parts of this excursion. Thanks.

Does anyone know if someone could just watch the Dolphin encounter, without having to pay for the entire excursion? We'd like to watch our DGD, but not sure if we'd do the encounter ourselves.

Who does the dolphin snorkle and what is the minimum age??? I am dying to do a dolphin swim for my daughter but she will only be 7 when we go. She passes easily for 9 though! She is a wonderful swimmer and really wants to see dolphins. Is Roatan the best place or would Belize or Costa Maya be a better choice??
