Just got the e-mail on the 2nd day of Christmas. It's reduced rates. You can book a cruise that started from $249 for $199..........wonderland of winter cruises with savings up to $200.00

They haven't opened it up on the link, i was going by the e-mail they just sent me. There's a red tag that says: On the 2nd day of Christmas my Carnival gave to me:A Wonderland of winter cruises with savings up to $200*, then it says this:
