Do any of you know what is around this hotel (within walking distance), resturants, stores? We are staying here next week for pre-cruise and I need to pick a few things when we get there.

Thanks...

I believe this is the hotel that we stayed at in March, before our Panama Canal cruise -- and it was fine. There is a large drugstore (I think it was a Walgreens) at the other end of the parking lot. There was a small shopping center across the road -- a 4-6 lane road -- and it has a supermarket, small restaurant, small businesses, etc. Have a great cruise!

We stayed here a year or two ago. It was a very nice hotel

for the price with a expanded continental breakfast included. The rooms

were large and they had a nice pool and jacuzzi. They also have a

complementary shuttle that takes you right to the ship. There are

a few stores and small restaurants near the hotel, but for more extensive

dining you'll have to take a taxi. Enjoy!!
