How to find a past Ocean Adventure Counselor?

:) My son just adored his counselor on the Monarch in 02. He asked about him the other day and I told him I would ask yall what you suggested in loacting him. He did keep in contact with him for a while, then the mail bounced. I assume the counselor has left that ship and was on another or something?
