jerseygirl3 Posted December 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2006 Do the points you accrue on Celebrity count towards your status (i.e., Platinum, Diamond, etc.) for Royal Caribbean, and vice versa?
PeterPan Posted December 10, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 10, 2006 The short answer is no. However, if you are a platinum on RCCL, you receive the perks associated with the same category on X, and vice versa.
negc Posted December 10, 2006 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2006 No you can't combine cruise credits from one line with those of the other. However, whatever the highest membership level you achieve on one will place you at the other's equivalent level. :)
AFT_LOVER Posted December 10, 2006 #4 Share Posted December 10, 2006 if you are SELECT on Celebrity, then you are Platinum on RCI. If you are ELITE on Celebrity, then you are DIAMOND on RCI. And visa versa. But cruise credits do not move from one line ot the other just like the VISA cards are for each line for double points. But you are a -0- on cruise credits with RCI. As I learned when I saw 10 cruise credits & I am Diamond back in December. Then we did a 2 week cruise in May & I didn't see 12. All I saw in the HISTORY area was 2. Then we did Freedom & I see 3. Add 4 weeks at sea in 2007 = 7.

I understand the first paragraph of your post, but don't know what "weeks at sea" has to do with cruise credits. Please help... LL
