Time Change while in Nassau

The day we pull into Nassau, (Sunday, March 11, 2007) the time changes (Daylight Savings Time)(I'm East Coast). How might that affect Nassau and the scheduled time of arrival in Nassau (7:00 a.m.) and an excursion I booked on my own.

The day we pull into Nassau, (Sunday, March 11, 2007) the time changes (Daylight Savings Time)(I'm East Coast). How might that affect Nassau and the scheduled time of arrival in Nassau (7:00 a.m.) and an excursion I booked on my own.

 

Nassau follows the US daylight Savings/ EST dates. Time changes at 1/2am.. just like in the states.
