fer Posted December 18, 2006 #32 Share Posted December 18, 2006 I just got off the Conquest yesterday. The Port of Galveston was closed until late yesterday due to fog. Outside the port looked like a parking lot on the ocean. There were boats and ships all around us for hours waiting to be let into port. My husband and I did not self assist so we had to wait a pretty long time until all the self-assist and people with early flights got off.
