Pretty neat to see both docking at the same time. I feel sorry for all those people onboard. What a nightmare it is going to be for them with many missed flights.

I just got off the Conquest yesterday. The Port of Galveston was closed until late yesterday due to fog. Outside the port looked like a parking lot on the ocean. There were boats and ships all around us for hours waiting to be let into port.

 

My husband and I did not self assist so we had to wait a pretty long time until all the self-assist and people with early flights got off. But finally we made it back to our car and was on the road at 2pm.
