Soda/Bottled Water near Port of Miami

Where is the best (least expensive) place to purchase some Diet Coke and bottled water near the Port of Miami? We will be staying at the Hyatt Regency. We plan to take a cab to the Port on Sunday morning. Is there a place within walking distance of the hotel? If we are taking a taxi to the port, where should we ask the driver to stop to let us pick up thses items on the way?
