Yes, they do. Go to www.rccl.com

When it opens, click on Before you Board.

Below that click on Shore and Land excursions.

Excursion booking will not be available on-line once you reach 10 days out from your cruise. If you want to book more, you can do it onboard.

Yes you can pre-book them but they must be paid for when you book them. You can not bill the to your onboard account. I know I book the Dolphin Encounter yesterday online.

Just so you know. The price of any excursion goes on your charge right away. You can cancel a booked excursion up until 10 days before the cruise on the website or once you are on board the ship.;)
