Baby Cribs on Freedom

Going on the Freedom in February. Has anyone used the ship's baby cribs, particularly on the Freedom? If the cruiseline says there is one available, has anyone ever run into not having one available? Also, are they decent quality and SAFE. We are bringing a 5 month old and would rather not bring a pack and play, but don't want to wind up with an unsafe crib or without one at all. Thanks

They are Pack and Play's. You should request one. We have never had a problem getting one.
