You're going to have a blast Melani! I really recommend doing the America's Cup 12 Metre Challenge on Sint Maarten if you can. It was the best shore excursion I have ever gone on.

 

I can also recommend 2 beaches VERY highly:

• Long Bay on Antigua
  
• Cinnamon Bay on St. John in St. Thomas
