Zipline in St. Lucia - line ride only or challenge courses?

Can anyone tell me if the zipline operation in St. Lucia is mainly for ziplining only or is it full of challenge courses? I take it it's not so much of a canopy tour as just riding the zipline. Is this correct?

 

How long does it take once you are actually there? Approx. cost of a taxi to get there? And how long does it take to get there from the port by Castries? Our ship will offer it but I am wondering if we can do it on our own. Does anyone have a contact number or email for it? Any info. appreciated!
