karmavacations Posted January 13, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2007 Does anyone have info about the 7A cabins on the Miracle? I have sailed on her twice but never in this category. I was hoping someone would share some photos! Thanks.:)
celticd1 Posted January 13, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2007 We stayed in a 7A cabin on the Legend (which is a Spirit Class ship, layout is identical). The view isn't fully obstructed, only when looking straight down. The life boat is at about the same level as the balcony floor. You will be able to see out just fine. Here are a couple of pictures taken from our balcony that show the lifeboat. Cabin 5180, 7A Cabin 5180, 7A part 2 Some of these cabins have smaller lifeboats, I would try to book one of those if possible. Happy sailing!:)
oscar's mom Posted January 13, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 13, 2007 We were in a 7a on the Miracle in Sept. Celticd1's pictures are exactly what we saw when we were on the balcony. This was our first balcony. We paid for a guarantee ov and got upgraded to the 7a. We loved having the balcony even with the lifeboats. We joked that if we had to abandon ship for any reason we would be the first ones on the lifeboat:D
candigirl41 Posted January 13, 2007 #4 Share Posted January 13, 2007 I agree with previous posters. Nothing wrong with these rooms. I booked 3 inside guarantees on the Spirit January of 2006 we were all upgraded to 7A obstructed balconies. We loved the balcony and lifeboats weren't any bother at all.
