Bringing Champagne on board

Hi, I will be sailing the Crown Princess May 30th to the Eastern Caribbean. I will be 21 traveling with a 20 year old and was wondering if it's a problem at all bringing my lovely bottle of Dom Perignon with me as carry-on? I know Princess allows people to bring wine or champagne on board but do you have to check it?

You won't have to check it and as the OP stated you can bring it on in your carry-on with no problem. We bought wine and champagne in several of the ports and that was no problem either. Bon Voyage!

And be sure to ask you cabin steward for a large bucket of ice and some champagne glasses to enjoy your special bottle of bubbly (and don't forget to slip him a few $$'s)!

Do the airlines allow you to bring wine/champagne with you as part of your carry on luggage what with the recent restrictions and all?

No, it will not be allowed in the cabin on a commercial airliner.

Bring ia few of them on board. Remember to bring your own bottle opener. If they open it there is a cork charge.
