I have got $400 worth but as never had it before, how does it work? Do you get a credit voucher when you get onboard? have no idea, and no documentation with tickets etc regarding it...anyone experienced it, pls advise. Thanks.

Thats really great having $400. The most I have had is $200. credit.

Anything you buy onboard, drinks, giftshop, etc. will go towards the $400. Just check your account on the TV to keep track. Its like everything is free until you have used it up. Thats really nice.

Enjoy your cruise.

The credits do not usually show up until about half-way through the cruise. We had trouble with our TA's credit on the last cruise and had to produce an e-mail from her stating that we would have a credit. It showed up the next day with an added $25 and a call from customer relations to let us know that it was there and ask if we were satisfied. Also, if your credit is from RCI, take the verification e-mail just in case there is some problem with it.

Enjoy,

We received our shareholders credit on our account before we sailed. It was verifiable by calling Celebrity customer service or Captain's Club before we departed. (We did take the documents as well, just to be sure).

We got a little slip of paper from our TA with our tickets saying that the cabin credit from them would appear on our statement during the cruise (and it did.)

I boarded the ship with all my documentation, fully expecting to have to "duke it out" at the purser's desk, but it all worked out just like it was supposed to and I didn't have to do a thing! :p

Sheil,

I'm offended you didn't just ask me on the roll call. Are you trying to hide you have free money? It will appear on your account a few days into the cruise. You can monitor it from your TV. If you don't use it all, go to the casino and get a cash advance.

We booked our April 2007 cruise so long ago, we can't remember if we had Ship Board Credit or not ! Is there a way to call prior to our cruise to find out ?

We do have some points built up on our Celebrity American Express that we can use, but we need to know how much to use, if we do have SBC. :D

Hi Golfnkitties !

Yes, you can have your TA Call Captains Club, and they can verfify if there are any Onboard Credits on the booking. If you did not book via a TA, you can call directly.

Enjoy your Cruise !

Sorry, certainly didn't intend to offend! Especially since you have already been so helpful!

Y'know I didn't even give it a thiguht to go on the roll call as I thought that by asking a question in the general section I would get more responses....anyway, since you so kindly came to my rescue last week, I now have my answers as well as a thanks to everyone else that responded on here...
