Accessible Taxis in Charleston SC? airport

If there are accessible taxis at the airport I can bring my scooter and save the cost of renting one, otherwise I must bring folding wheelchair and rent a scooter which will be a real hassle.

Does anyone know for sure how hard it is to get an accessible cab at the airport in Charleston ?
