Three sea days vs. Two sea days

Both of my cruises have been "port intensive", which has been good and bad. The upside is that we've had an extra day to explore a port, but not always an extra day to "beach" it. With a third sea day, do they stretch out activities they cram into a two sea day cruise or do they add more? We're looking at the Freedom for the first full week of January of 2008.

I've had 5.5 sea days, and have never been bored.

i'd say the amount of activites were about the same.
