TDOTCRUISR Posted April 28, 2007 #52 Share Posted April 28, 2007 Many thanks! At least I'll get to remember who was part of the group, many years from now. Anyone know if the 1 adult with 2 kids for the Adventure swim (not Royal swim) is ok?
txwildflower2002 Posted May 29, 2007 #53 Share Posted May 29, 2007 We dock at 9am. I have my choice of 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm. I am leaning towards 11am, just to be able to enjoy the rest of the day, but would like to see others do it first. Should I pick 12?
pebblesjns Posted May 29, 2007 #54 Share Posted May 29, 2007 Hey TXWildFlower, are you going on the Carnival Conquest? My husband and I will be on that ship on November 18 and I am trying to decide what time to do the Royal Swim as well. When are you sailing? txwildflower2002 Posted May 30, 2007 #55 Share Posted May 30, 2007 Well, I went ahead and booked the 12pm. That way, we won't be in such a rush and enjoy some beach time first, then explore the rest of the park after. I have said the conquest and it is a great ship! Hope you have fun! mcaron Posted June 12, 2007 #56 Share Posted June 12, 2007 Arriving on Mariner of the Seas on 8/31/07. I would like to book the Royal Dolphin Swim but I need to know if the ship will switch to CST on arrival or will it stay on EST. Thank you for your help. ritarussell Posted July 3, 2007 #57 Share Posted July 3, 2007 I am having a hard time deciding which encounter we should choose. I have a almost 7 year old (4 foot 1 inches) - and a 10 year old. Both of them love the water. I know that they say you have to be 8 years old but he can pass for 8 he's so big! I would love to do the Royal Swim, but would this be OK? Has anyone young kids on the Royal Swim? Did they do OK with the push? I know we can do the encounter but the swim seems to be a lot of fun. Any opinions from those of you that have done the encounter and/or swim?
BostonGal07 Posted August 9, 2007 #58 Share Posted August 9, 2007 mcaron - I'm crusing on Mariner of the Seas 8/26. From what I understand Mariner of the Seas ship time stays at EST whereas Cozumel is CST and is an hour behind. We've booked Royal Swim for 1pm CST (2pm EST). Folk said between the swim and viewing the DVD it take a couple of hours. Whatever time you chose - book accordingly. Michelle
