travelingmcmahans Posted January 20, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2007 I don't suppose there'd be a little coffee maker in the rooms on Galaxy. We're sailing out of Rome and it would be great if I could pickp a package or two of Illy to make in our room. If I could get a tiny electric coffee maker, would it be against any rules to make it in my room? I guess I'm remembering dorm days in college when you couldn't have a hot plate ;) I don't particularly want to lug a coffee maker with me across the Atlantic (in fact it feels a litle preposterous) but neither can I drink the dirty water they'll serve on board and it just seems a shame not to take advantage of being able to pick up some Illy in Rome. jasm8449 Posted January 20, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2007 Coffee pots in your room are specifically prohibited, in writing. You can find this in the Celebrity brochure rules. You could buy a French press pot, and have room service bring you hot water in a thermal pot and make your Illy coffee that way.
