Champagne on Celebrity

My husband is looking at the celebration packages on Celebrity for our anniversary but the book doesn't list the years for the champagnes.

 

He was comparing the Perrier Jouet Fleur and the Moet & Chandon cuvee Dom Perignon vintage. He wanted to look them up in his wine book but needs the year. Has anyone ordered these?

 

Any comments are appreciated.

 

Also, has anyone tried to substitute a more expensive champagne in an existing package by paying the difference? No packages offer the Moet but several offer the Perrier Jouet and he was considering requesting an "upgrade" to the package.

Most of the Dom on sale right now is 1998 Vintage, It could range from 1996-2000.. depending on where the supplier is...

 

The majority of the Dom on sale in North America right now is 1998.
