Hi, many thanks for a straight forward review. We are off on a 14 day B.A. to Santiago March 2nd. What about catching a later serving at any of the restaraunts? Still a wait problem? We booked 8100 forward looking forward to this cruise. Just got back from the Med on RCL, had a great cruise, staff etc, but the food was a disaster. 2 Previous NCL's on Sun that's why we came back to NCL. Again great review.

Thanks

Clar & Dar

I can't say about going to the dining rooms later. Generally going earlier on NCL ships is better but for some reason the Dream was different for us. Wow, 14 days! I hope you have a great time. :)
