Anyone Do BtoB but different cruiselines?

Has anyone leaving from one of the major ports tried doing a one week on one line that gets in on the departure date of another line and just collecting your bags from Cruise line A and getting on Cruiseline B? that way you get different food, shows etc.?

 

Sounds like an interesting idea just wondered if anyone has.
