Best Western was about 15 mins from the airport.

 

Taxi was 20.00 for a cab of 4 people with 6 pieces of luggage.

 

GREAT HOTEL!!!!!! We only paid 140.00 a night and it was GREAT

 

Nice POOL AREA with lots of chairs.. A Juqucci for 10 people.

 

A Bar real close... A Resturant we didn't eat their but many other

look like they were enjoying it.

 

CLEAN CLEAN ROOMS... Service Desk was AWESOME.

 

Taxi's were always there and waiting.

 

First Class all the way!!!!!!

considering booking a room here after priceline didnt come through for me :(

 

but i saw the location of it and wasnt sure... looks a bit more inland although i read its only 6 blocks to the beach can u tell me more about this?

 

how much did a cab to the cruise pier cost you? is the cab like a flat rate pp? only wondering b/c i would be saving $$ by stayin at this place, but if i have to take expensive cab rides everywhere then its not worth it

in addition, when i go to the reservation page... it says...

 

Tax: Tax 12% Not Included In Reservation.

Tax 10.08% Not Included In Reservation.

Municipality Tax Per Person Per Night 5.00 USD Not Included In Reservation.

 

 

so is the tax 12% or 10.08% cuz i know they dont think they are really charging 22% tax LOL

Airfare from Airport was $20 but we were charged $25 to the pier.

Great hotel but it has left a bad taste in my mouth because I paid with a Best Western Travel card and the balance in cash and foolishly didn't get a receipt and they charged my credit card. I actually phoned the hotel and they said they never received the cash.

Still trying to retrieve the money.

There is a supermarket across the street and you can walk to the beach. We found it an excellent location.

And they had a Breakfast that was includeded..

 

Plus they also have Internet access that was FREE.

 

We didn't go to the beach. Hubby says it was a couple blocks.

 

They was a store across the street. And a Dinner.

 

It was a GREAT BANG for our BUCK...

 

PLUS they let us ALL come back on SUNDAY and hand around

the POOL area from 10:00 am til 5:00 til we left to go to the

airport... NO CHARGE!!!!!!

 

They went above and beyond to make us HAPPY
