Cabopapa Posted July 27, 2004 #1 Share Posted July 27, 2004 Where is the best location on the Grand Class of ships by Princess for the smoothest sailing? Thanks

mirrajay Posted July 27, 2004 #3 Share Posted July 27, 2004 The general consenus is middle of the ship as low as possible will cut down on movement that you may feel.
LARGIN Posted July 27, 2004 #4 Share Posted July 27, 2004 in the middle on the lowest deck..:D
Catnip Posted July 27, 2004 #5 Share Posted July 27, 2004 I agree.......mid-ships on the lowest 2 decks. Less motion felt down low and centrally located. I always book an outside cabin on the lowest or 2nd lowest deck. Never had a problem with seasickness, rolling or any kind of motion. Happy cruising!
JanetMarie Posted July 28, 2004 #6 Share Posted July 28, 2004 I agree with my fellow posters. However, DH and I always take the aft cabins. We love watching the wake of the ship at night and the stars. ;) After many sailings, perhaps we have become acclimated to the mild swaying of the ship. The only time I notice rough sailing or noise is actually only when we dock and/or disembark port. :o
