Thanks very much, Yonnie; you are a dear. I'm just concerned that my experience may mirror Steve's (Construction Dude's). But thanks to his posts, I know that if they mess with my seating time, I shall protest! I work with a good TA, and I've found that HAL has been most accommodating on our two cruises with them. So I shall hope for the best, but be ready to express my preference with determination, if need be.

Hi neighbor!! I hope you have a great cruise. And don't let them push you into taking a seating you don't want. I should have put up more of a fuss, I might have had a better cruise. And if you don't want to even bother with the Vista, the Lido is great on the Oosterdam. I had dinner one night up there although I took my plate back to my room. Also had many lunches and breakfasts in the Lido.
