Miami hotel 9am to 5pm?

We are on Radiance of the Seas which docks at 7am FFL but we fly from Miami at 7pm. There are 4 adults and we would like to relax at a hotel (near the airport) with a swimming pool and have the use of a room to shower and freshen up before the flight. The one in the airport is not an option as it is having major refurbishment. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
