I have booked this hotel under a government rate for Dec.2007 post cruise. I have read that they were not honoring such a low rate and am worried about what will happen. I spoke to the front desk reservations and they stated that this would not happen with ID and when I told them that I read on this website differently, she advised that it would not happen again. Is anyone staying there under a government rate? if so, I would like to know if you have any problems with it.

We are debating on booking the Hyatt downtown as a backup but will wait to hear if there are problems with the Intercontinental first. Also, does anyone know if they have luggage storage as their checkin is 4pm and since its post cruise, we would like to have the whole day to play.
