Will Century upgrade you for free when you get on board if a cabin is available? Has anyone asked?

X is not known for giving upgrades. If upgrades are available they will sell them to you for the same difference in price you would have paid if you booked the higher grade cabin to begin with.

Now, it COULD happen, but your chances are low.
