When do they typically start the past guest rates?

I contacted a PVP about the cruise I'm sailing in Jan 2008 and she said currently the past guest rates only go through December 07. I was just wondering if there's a certain period of time they usually start in on the 08 cruises.

Ashley, I asked a Carnival rep last night the same question re our Feb 08 sailing and she said that any promos for winter 08 sailings would likely start sometime July / Aug of this year.

Ah, thanks for the info! I'll cross my fingers that our sailings are included :)
