Based on all the replies, I'd say just one word just can't possibly describe it.:D

 

There is word used in Germany (at least in parts of Bavaria) - Ausgesichnect (may have spelled it wrong:o ). It doesn't have an exact word for word translation, but it basically means everything everyone has posted here.

We had our Concierge make us reservations in advance, and they were still messed up, Heard from others on the ship they also had trouble making reservations. Have the captain make them for you that should work. Good luck.Yes make your reservations asap.
