Meals on B2B

Are the meals the same for both weeks if you are doing a B2B?

They were on the Dawn Princess out of St Juan some years back, despite there being about 500 Brits doing the B2B. However, they did try to vary the entertainment.

Usually yes. Once on HAL we just "happened" to hit our second week when they were changing their overall menu. So there were some new items week 2 that weren't on the week 1 menu. But, hey, the second week just gives you a chance to try all the things you wanted to try week 1 but didn't have room for. Or, have one of your favorites all over again. One more thing you should be prepared for as well...all the shows and movies will likely be the same the second week. Again, an opportunity to see things you missed during week 1. I think you are going to really like a B2B. We sure do!

They were on our Alaska cruise last year but we got to have the yummy stuff a second time or try something else we couldn't fit in the week before.

DH and I had breakfast with a couple who were on the second leg of a B2B on the Dawn last month. We asked them specifically about the menus, and they reported that the menus were the same but the sequence on our voyage was different than the previous one.

We're doing a B2B on the CB but one is Eastern Caribbean and the other is Western Caribbean...so I'm guessing that the menus might change. Anyone know for sure?:confused:

Just did a b2b and the menus were the same.

Thanks - we love food and will enjoy getting a second chance to try those items we couldn't the first week. Am so looking forward to the yummy lobster I've been reading about and we'll get it twice!!!

They are the same, though the sequence may vary. Lunches may also vary more, if you go to the dining room. Still, there are plenty of items on the menu, so you can choose different items.
