SeaDreamGuys Posted February 18, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2007 We have traveled SeaDream four times and enjoy the ships but recently we found that all '08 South America voyages have been canceled for a variety of reasons. We have been interested in trying Seabourn for a while now and it seems they have some fantastic itineraries (albeit longer) in South America. We were wondering if anyone with experience on Seabourn in this part of the world has any comments about the experience, particularly if there have been any problems regarding service at ports, weather, etc. Thank you. Rare Keith1010 Posted February 18, 2007 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2007 We took the Seabourn Pride from Valparaiso, Chile to Buenos Aires, Argentina in January/February 2005. It was our first time on Seabourn and it was an outstanding cruise from the wonderful ship, to the outstanding crew and passenger's, to the excellent food, to the very interesting ports and shore excursions and to the wondeful ambience throughout the ship. I would highly recommend this cruise. We are currently in South America on the Crystal Serenity and got to see the Seabourn Pride in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this mornng. SeaDreamGuys Posted February 18, 2007 Author #3 Share Posted February 18, 2007 Keith 1010 -- Thanks for that reply. That is the exact cruise we were interested in taking because the itinerary looks so interesting. Glad to hear you enjoyed it. I think we are close to booking...
