HAL CC forum RSS feed?

Sorry if this was posted one other time, I got the "this forum requires you to wait 30 seconds" message... even though I hadn't submitted anything yet... there's another post up with this same title that I made, however there's no content...

 

Anyone know if it's possible to get an rss feed of a certain forum here on cruisecritic?

 

Looking at the source of the topic list page, this is listed as the location of the rss feed: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=171

 

However, this brings up posts from throughout the message boards, not just the HAL board.

There used to be a feed by forum, but it would only show new threads, not replies on old ones, so I stopped using it.
