London NCL Hotel package

Anyone staying at the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum through NCL? Any comments about the hotel? Does it include breakfast? Also does NCL have a representative there to help with tours of London and problems that may arise? I read on the tripadvisor board that the hotel has some really small rooms but some nice ones too. Some with a great view of London, especially at night. Is NCL likely to dump the cheapest smallest rooms on us?

Aprildream, we are staying at the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum through NCL on May 3 and 4 (before we go on the Baltic cruise, May 5). I understand that breakfast is included.
