Wennfred Posted March 4, 2007 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2007 Is the convertible sofa comfortable? Yes, my SIL had one on the Pride this past Sept. Cabin 4241, she said it was comfortable. Fred
shipty2 Posted March 4, 2007 #3 Share Posted March 4, 2007 the sofa bed is not like a pull out. It is more of a day bed. Abed that is made up with pillows on the back to look like a sofa in the day and a bed at night.
Wennfred Posted March 4, 2007 #4 Share Posted March 4, 2007 The remove the back cushions and put them on the floor beside the sofa when they make it up like bed.
buddyjo143 Posted March 4, 2007 #5 Share Posted March 4, 2007 It will be left as a bed if it is being used that way. My niece slept on it and liked it.
Jan_In_Maine Posted March 4, 2007 #6 Share Posted March 4, 2007 If they leave it set up as a bed is there room to walk around it? It is going to be interesting to see how my DS does with it (at 15 he's 6'2" - he said that as long as he can go on this cruise - he wouldn't mind having to curl up or sleep on the floor!) kapcruiser Posted March 5, 2007 #7 Share Posted March 5, 2007 Is that used for the 3rd person to sleep on in a room? Is the room cheaper with the sofa rather than a bed?
Wennfred Posted March 5, 2007 #8 Share Posted March 5, 2007 Is that used for the 3rd person to sleep on in a room? Is the room cheaper with the sofa rather than a bed? Its either the Sofa or a pulled down from the ceiling bed. Not shown in the picture above, there is a bed for 2 on the other side. The 3rd person gets the sofa. Same price. nybumpkin Posted March 5, 2007 #9 Share Posted March 5, 2007 My oldest son (going on 16 and much taller than I am) likes the sofabed. There's plenty of room to move around with it set up as a bed. (Hey, we've manged with not only the sofabed, but also a pull-down bunk and a rollaway on Victory.)
