There are loads of comments and information on the Ports of Call Page for Northern Europe & Baltics, including Aarhus, Bergen, Copenhagen, Gdansk, Helsinki, Oslo, Riga, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Tallinn. I have included a link to that page.

If you do a search on this board.....you will get great input. We used this page to pick Red October for our Regatta trip to the Baltic last (June 2006). It is easy...just go to the right side of the page and select Search or Seach this Thread....type in DenRus and you will be in data heaven.:)

Here are several other threads....there are lots with DenRus information.

Hubby and I are booked for the Regata Baltics cruise in June, and we booked Denrus with 6 other people that we found through this board....I'm sure they are all good, but we just got a better "vibe" with Denrus and liked the layout of their itinerary a little better....I'm sure you can't go wrong with any of the larger tour companies in St. Petersburg.....

any more info I can help you with, let me know - we planned our St. Pete excursion late August/September!!!

HOW DID YOU FIND OTHER CRUISERS?

The best way to hook up is to go over to the roll call board for your cruiseline and then find the roll call for your cruise. Read through the roll call to see if anyone is looking for tour participants in St. Petersburg first. If not, then post on that board to see if anyone is interested in joining you.

You also need to confirm with Denrus, via email, that they will have space available for your day/dates, costs, etc.

The roll call board is the only place on Cruise Critic that you can post notices looking for tour participants to join you.

The Roll Call boards are great. You will find other folks on the same cruise and it is usually easy to find folks to share tours.

We are on the Regatta cruise leaving Miami on March 23 and our Roll Call has helped several folks connect to share tours.

We have also planned a get together on the ship with the 40+ cruise critic members. The roll calls are a great tool to make your cruise even better.

Looking over old CC posts and saw yours. Did you like DenRus ( I have reserved with them for SPB)

Our first time cruising, any thing you can share.
