PG - cabin location

We're thinking of going on the PG in June and have the offer of either cabin 409 or 439. The latter is at the end of the corridor. Does anyone have any opinions on which would be a better location.

Hmm, it's a bit of a wash, isn't it? I myself would choose the cabin closer to the centre of the ship, but I'm not sure which is closer to centre! (I looked at the deck plan online.) In 409 you'd be very close to reception, whereas in 439 you would be close to the back elevator, so you can get to L'etoile very fast, and up and down to La Palette. It might be quieter back there. In 409 you'd be under the theatre, but I bet the soundproofing would make that meaningless.

I would probably choose 409. We've been in 621 and found that to be very convenient to everything. 409 is just 1 door further down it's hallway than 621 two decks above.
