Restaurant hours of operation - NCL Sun

What are the hours of operation for the restaurants on the Sun? It seems some are open for all 3 meals and some for dinner only but I'm not sure which ones and open when. We sail Sunday and I'm trying to finalize our plans. Thanks!

Four Seasons Main Restaurant (Main Dining Room)

Seven Seas Main Restaurant (Main Dining Room)

Note: Both Main Restaurants are not usually opened at Breakfast and Lunch, but which one is open may vary depending upon it being an at sea day or a port day.

On the day of embarcation, should we plan on grabbing a bite to eat in port before boarding the ship or will there be a food venue open onboard that afternoon? I tend to get cranky if I miss too many meals. :D Thanks!

One small correction. The Four Seasons opens at 5:30 p.m. for dinner. The Seven Seas does indeed open at 6:00 p.m.
