New Journey- Concierge and Butler Service

:p I have booked our trip to Bermuda on Journey for September. I hear that every room will have Concierge and Butler service. Has anyone else heard that?

We arranged for a room with a veranda. What services do Butlers provide for you aboard? I have never had one on board before.

I heard the same thing and booked the Journey for SO America 2/27/08. We had a butler once in a suite on the COnnie and he did the same thing as room service plus brought us better appitisers, would have helped pack or unpack and we saw him straighten out someone elses belongings in anoither suite. He also will make reservations for you etc.
