Which Alaskan Excursions?

I know, I know...probably covered elsewhere...but I am overwhelmed and having trouble choosing Shore Exc. Too many to choose from and I don't want to waste my money. Can anyone give specific details of HAL's shore excursions? ***THANKS***

In 2002 I booked all our excursions on our own and saved big time, didn't travel with a big group of people and enjoyed a lot of one on one time for questions.
