Theoretically, 60 days before your trip (don't know when Memorial Day is).

Dear Smoothdancer, I am on your cruise and I am getting antsy, also. The packet will tell you everything you need to know about the cruise including formal nights, spa info and other specifics. You also get a lovely leather holder with your tickets. I'm almost packed already!!

Did you ever see the Carly Simon CD that was entirely shot in the QM2 ballroom with ballroom dancing? It is fabulous.

Just so you don't get too impatient, I received my preliminary information 35 days before the voyage. It's now 26 days before, and I still haven't gotten the tickets and final documentation.

The information comes in two parts; the first part covers excursions, formal nights etc and mine arrived 5 days ago for our cruise on 6 May. The second part arrives (in theory) 2-3 weeks before the trip, and contains tickets, leather holder etc.
