AOS cabin 1388 or 1688 obstructions?

Not really. If you look straight down, you will see one balcony below you. The only real obstruction is the post in the middle of the balcony that gets in the way of your chairs and especially your head if you are not careful. Part of the balcony is covered, so you cannot see out of the side of the ship.
