soilcruiser Posted March 25, 2007 #26 Share Posted March 25, 2007 we have been to ocho rios twice. Both times we went to margarittaville the to the river tubing safari. The guides are great ,especially with kids. Our kids love the pool and slide @ jimmy's
skipsu14 Posted March 25, 2007 #27 Share Posted March 25, 2007 I have to agree with everyone else - Dunns River Falls is awesome - just watch for some of the guides being agressive for tips. Also - If you wear eye glasses, be sure to wear something to attach them to you - my husband actually lost his in the falls (we found them after a frantic 5 minutes of searching- he heard about it from people on the tour for the rest of the week on the cruise!). Also, we visited the Gree Grotto Caves in Jamaica too - they were a little farther from the port, but were beautiful and so full of history! As for Grand Cayman - I can understand your fear of the sting rays - I was afraid, but DH really wanted to do it, so I went. It was really amazing to see them so up close Whatever you choose, you can't really go wrong- you're on a cruise after all! :)
