Is the horizon court buffet strictly pre made buffet food, or do they have omelettes to order and pancakes?

At the end of the buffet is a station where they make fresh eggs, on our last cruise we ordered always fried eggs. There you can get also fresh-made toast, bagles and english muffins.

But apparently not omelettes? I am presuming they have pancakes already stacked up on the warmers? Do they have omelelettes on the menu in the sit down breakfast area?

DH always had them make him an omlette in the morning at the Horizon Court, No Problem whatsoever. Just ask!
