Galveston Baymont Inn and Suites or Hawthorn Suites

Which would you stay at in Galveston? Why?

We stayed at the Hawthorne a couple weeks ago in a one bedroom suite and it was great. The bed was not that comfortable but service was great. The hotel is beautiful and right on the seawall. We booked through the motel which was cheaper then expedia.
