Exursions & Personal Belongings

Would like to know what you do with your personal belongings such as sail & sign card, drivers license, money, camera, etc. when you go on excursion such as snorkeling. Is there lockers near the excursion site or on the excursion boat to lock up your valuables? We are snorkling in Freeport off a catamaran and want to bring our camera but don't want to get it stolen. Also, going on the Yellowbird Party Boast in Nausau, but on that excursion we will be able to keep our "beach" bag with us. Even if we go in the water at the beach, we will still be able to see your stuff from the water. Thanks.

leave the camera behind when doing snorkling excursions unless you're doing it from a boat. Put your money, cards, etc.. in a zippered pocket on your swimsuit (my preference) or get a waterproof box purpose built for diving and hang it around your neck.

What about doing a Scuba or a Zip line excursion. Is there anywhere to put items?

I have never done the scuba but for Zip lining, the guide stated at the van with out personal items locked inside.

Also did the same during Cave Tubing, the guide locked everyhing up ans someone watched the van while we were gone, they said nothing had ever come up missing.

Most excursions (and pretty much all recommended ones) will have someone who stays with the boat or van to watch your stuff. These companies businesses require a goo reputation in order to survive and are not going to risk your stuff being stolen if they can avoid it.

That being said, I heard a tragic story once about a boat excursion. The people all left everything on the boat and it ended up sinking while they we in the water. Not really such a risk when leaving your stuff in a van, but you may want to keep some form of ID and maybe a small amount of cash, S&S card, ect with you in a zippered bag.
