Motion Sickness

I have vertigo and take meclizine daily so my pharmacist told me to quit buying Bonine and instead just buy meclizine. I get 100 without a prescription for around $5.00 - a lot cheaper than Bonine. Just ask for them at the pharmacy - they keep them behind the counter.

Meclizine, Antivert and Bonnine are all the same (I'm 99.9% sure). . . 25mg of the same thing. That's what I take for cruisin'. It doesn't make me sleepy at all....where as Dramamine knocks me out. I buy the Bonnine tables BUT, now that I know about asking for it at the pharmacy counter I will do that! ... so much less expensive. And it really works. It is definitely most effective BEFORE you get sea sick. I start when I step on board and I don't stop until we leave. AS ALWAYS....CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR TO BE SURE IT'S OK FOR YOU.
