Half day or evening boat charters?

I noticed most of the independant boat tours on the island start at 9am and run most of the day. Unfortunately we aren't arriving until noon. Are there any snorkel or private boat charters that start that late in the day? Maybe do a half day charter instead of a full day? Just curious!
